Taste of Italy Cooking Classes at Dunowen
Back to News 11 September 2023 by Kela Hodgins in Food & Recipes
We are so excited to finally launch a series of cookery courses we’ve been busy plotting and planning over the last few months. If you can’t come on our trip to Tuscany at the end of October, we are bringing Tuscany to Dunowen House, West Cork for a number of residential and day-only immersive cookery classes. These will take place at the end of November and early December.
This could be the perfect pre-Christmas gift to yourself or someone you know who loves Italian food. Maybe get some friends together for some fun learning. Sharing the secrets to perfect pasta and more!
What will you learn?
We are bringing our good friends from Burlamacchi Villa in Tuscany to Dunowen with a view to sharing the traditional secrets of velvety homemade pasta, handmade gnocchi, ravioli, seasonal slow-cooked sauces and some classic desserts.
Depending on which course you choose, we want to send you home with the skills to create authentic Italian meals that will bring you, your family and friends so much culinary joy.
Once you start to make your own pasta, you will never look back!
